SHIPPING METHODS

Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for deliveries which are made between 9am and 6pm.
We regret that we cannot deliver to any PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Any orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Orders within the European Union are shipped via our affiliate courier DHL Express while regional orders are shipped with Swumm and ACS. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Greek public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

REFUNDING YOUR PURCHASE

Once the goods have been dispatched and you have received them, you have the right to request an exchange or return. You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received your order to exchange or return any item(s). Please note that the return period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you received the product(s).

To request a return, go to “Submit a Return Request” and sign in to your account or enter your email and order number. Next, select the item(s) you wish to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, Sanguel will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All item(s) must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with their tags still attached.
  • Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
